Join your InMarket team with instructor Dianna Falzarano from Dynamic Fitness as we get fit for 2022! Every Tuesday at 8:30am CT starting January 18th meet us on zoom to sweat it out!

 

The following classes will be offered:

CLASS ONE: Pilates

DATE/TIME: January 18 - 8:30am-9:15am CT

EQUIPMENT: Light weights (2/3 lb), Resistance Band, Ankle Weights if you have.  I suggest doing this in socks or barefoot.

 

CLASS TWO: Arms & Abs

DATE/TIME: January 25 - 8:30am-9:15am CT

EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells (5, 8, 10, 15 lb you want a range) & Resistance Band.  You can do this class in socks or with sneakers.

 

CLASS THREE: Legs & Core

DATE/TIME: February 1 - 8:30am - 9:15am CT 

EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells (5, 8, 10, 15 lb you want a range) & Resistance Band. You can do this class in socks or with sneakers.

 

CLASS FOUR: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

DATE/ TIME: February 8th - 8:30am - 9:05am CT

EQUIPMENT: All Bodyweight HIIT.  I suggest having sneakers on for this class.

 

Every signup will receive a yoga mat & resistance bands!
