Pack your bags - we are headed to Orlando, FL for the upcoming Q3 Retreat. The event will be held at Hyatt Regency Orlando on Wednesday, September 20th - Friday, September 22nd.  Whether you choose to attend in-person or virtually the event is going to be a blast!

GOALS: 

1. Understand and advance our growth strategy
2. Build relationships, understanding, and alignment across the company
3. Identify, discuss, and solve (IDS) opportunities and challenges
4. Get Schtuff Done (GSD) within depts and across depts (EOS teams) 
   

EXPENSE POLICY:

To make the expense process for the retreat as easy as possible, we will provide per diems for Wednesday and Friday and this will cover meals for your travel and if you arrive early:

Wednesday:

• Expense travel to the airport from home (receipt required if over $75)
• Expense travel to the hotel in Orlando (receipt required if over $75)
• Expense  - $75 per diem for all snacks, water/coffee, and meals (no receipts needed)

Thursday:

• As the company is providing all meals and transportation to events, we would expect no expenses on this day.

Friday:

• Expense travel to the airport in Orlando (receipt required if over $75)
• Expense travel to home (receipt required if over $75)
• Expense  - $75 per diem for all snacks, water/coffee, and meals (no receipts needed)

All team members will be responsible for booking their own travel. Reference the InMarket business and travel expense policy document, FAQs, or PPT. Don’t forget to add InMarket’s corporate number to your flight booking.
