COVID POLICY
At InMarket, we are committed to the safety of our employees, customers, and all others who enter our workplace. While COVID-19 poses a threat to the health and well-being of all individuals, according to the CDC, vaccinations can significantly reduce that threat and help protect our workplace as well as our community.
To participate in any in-person company-related events (for example, this company retreat), all InMarket employees must complete and submit the Vaccination Verification Form and provide acceptable documentation that they are up to date with their COVID-19 vaccine. The CDC defines “up to date” as a person who has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.
Employees who test positive for COVID-19 may not participate in any in-person work-related event until the employee tests negative. Employees who have COVID-19 symptoms may not participate in any in-person work-related event even with a COVID-19 negative test result.
Up to date vaccinated employees who have been exposed to individuals who are positive for COVID-19 may attend in-person work-related events only if the employee has no symptoms and provides a negative COVID-19 test, taken no more than 24 hours prior to the event.
